Size matters

Adjust your job seeking strategy to the size of the company you are targeting.

In 2018, Konsulenthuset ballisager conducted their eighth recruitment analysis. 927 companies answered the questionnaire, and the results show that different types of companies use different channels when recruiting new employees. This is valuable knowledge when you are planning how to ‘attack’ your future employer.

Facebook has skyrocketed as a recruitment channel since last year’s analysis, especially among the small private companies. Make sure to ‘friend’ people you meet for job interviews, coffee meetings etc. That way it is easier for them to find you – and for you to notice - when they are looking for new employees.

Big or small?

In the recruitment analysis, small companies are defined as having less than 50 employees, while big companies have 50 or more employees.
